Fourth of July in Vegas

Fourth of July in Las Vegas

Looking for Las Vegas Fourth of July 2014 celebrations? In this city, it’s all about the fireworks. You’ll find spectacular fireworks displays all around Las Vegas. Head out early to grab a seat to watch the fireworks.  Some of our favorite events for the 4th of July include:

Fremont Street Experience – Celebrate the Fourth of July underneath the Viva Vision Canopy with UFC International Fight Week and Fremont Street Experience’s Rock of Vegas summer concert series featuring rockers Papa Roach, P.O.D. and Lit. If you head downtown, you can see an electronic fireworks display on the Viva Vision canopy above Fremont Street.

Boulder City’s Damboree celebration – For a small town 4th of July experience, try Boulder City’s Damboree celebration. This commemorates its 64th year with the theme, “Wings of Freedom.” Built in the 1930s to house and entertain the men building the Hoover Dam, Boulder City remains a quaint slice of Americana that can be difficult to find in the modern, noisy and neon-illuminated Las Vegas.

City of Henderson 4th of July Celebration - Once again Las Vegas' biggest suburb will celebrate America's birthday with one of the Valley's best fireworks shows. Known throughout Las Vegas as one of the best family events of the year, Henderson's 4th of July Celebration is the best place to grab a blanket, a picnic basket and the kiddies and watch the sun set and the sky light up.

Las Vegas 51s Fireworks Extravaganza at Cashman FieldWhat is more American than baseball, hot-dogs and fireworks? If you shrugged and said not much then the annual Las Vegas 51s Fireworks Extravaganza is for you and the family.

The Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade – The master-planned community of Summerlin has one of the best 4th of July parades in the Las Vegas Valley. From traditional floats to massive Macy's style balloons flying overhead to festive bands, the Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade is a sure bet to entertain kids and adults of all ages while reminding us all just what our country stands for. This year more than 40,000 people are expected to enjoy this free event.
