Raised in a small northern California town, Debbie moved to Las Vegas upon graduating from college. Her first job in the casino industry was in 1992 in Special Events at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino. Later, Debbie specialized in customer service, special events and marketing at the Westward Ho Hotel & Casino before joining the Riviera team in 2005 as the Director of Casino Marketing.

Perry has been a host at the Riviera since 1995. He was raised in a small town south of New Orleans where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in speech and English. In 2005, Perry became an ordained minister so that he could perform a wedding ceremony for one of the Riviera’s customers in Laguna Beach, California. Perry is an avid reader, loves animals and is a huge fan of basketball’s Final Four tournaments.

Born in Ohio, Dennis moved to Las Vegas as a teenager. A number of years later Dennis worked as the Collection Manager for the Desert Inn Hotel & Casino, as the Credit Manager at the Sands Hotel & Casino, and as an Executive Host at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino before joining the Riviera team. Dennis enjoys the classic feel of the Riviera and believes the property offers its guests all the excitement of Las Vegas while providing a personal touch to their stay.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Jim was raised in Sparks, Nevada, and later received his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University. A Marine Corps combat veteran, Jim has been in the casino industry for over 20 years. He enjoys golf, camping with his family and coin collecting.

In 1976 Carlo moved to Las Vegas from St. Louis, Missouri. He has been a loyal Riviera team member for over 30 years and enjoys interacting with his customers. He began his career as a dealer, transitioning to Shift Manager for 15 years before becoming an Executive Gaming Host. Married with two sons, Carlo is an avid sports fan and enjoys the pursuit of golf.

Sheila was born and raised in Stanford, Kentucky. She moved to the Las Vegas area in 1971 where she has always been in the casino business, later joining the Riviera host team in 1991. Sheila loves to cross-stitch, dance and absolutely lives for her family; especially her grandchildren.

Dean began his casino career 17 years ago when he moved to Las Vegas from New York. He worked as a casino supervisor for 5 years before becoming a casino host. Dean has a passion for the casino hospitality field and loves to interact with our guests. He enjoys golf, basketball, and baseball and, yes, Dean is a avid football fan!

Amy began her career as a Players’ Club Supervisor at the Riviera and later was promoted to gaming host for the property. Amy is a hard worker who pays attention to detail and loves working with people. She enjoys arts and crafts, reading, sports and spending time with family and friends.
