Four Seasons Hotel
Even though the Four Seasons makes its home within the Mandalay Resort, it is a world onto itself. The 424-room luxury hotel has its own entrance, porte cochere, lobby, dining rooms, lounges, health spa, gardens, and pool–plus, its guest rooms are among the most elegant in town. Three private elevators whisk guests to their rooms and suites, which are located on five floors (35-39) of the adjacent Mandalay Bay tower.
In addition to first class accommodations, guests are pampered with ultra-personalized service. Ultra? Some of the unique guest services include overnight shoeshine, one-hour pressing, four-hour laundry and dry cleaning, and 24-hour concierge. You can even receive Evian spritzes poolside, and cold water and chilled towels on your return from your morning jog.
Hotel amenities include the Vernadah restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, plus an afternoon tea. The health club and spa offer sauna and steam rooms, weight training equipment, his-and-hers locker rooms, and private treatment rooms.
For Internet fantatics, the Four Seasons is the city’s first hotel to feature a separate data port in every room, which offers a standard category 5, 10/100 Megabit Ethernet link. Each room is assigned its own TCP IP address that allows it to be networked with any other hotel room, meeting room or home office. In addition, guests can access the Internet at a speed up to 50 times faster than a traditional phone connection–and it doesn’t tie up either of the room’s two phone lines.
This Four Seasons is the hotel chain’s first venture into Las Vegas, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. The hotel in 2000 earned an American Auto Club 5 Diamond rating, the first such honor bestowed on a Strip hotel.
